Gracey Evans and April Evans arrived at school, they had a new look.

The girls are students from Franklin Regional School District had 20 and 17 inches less of hair. The two girls had their first haircuts at Emerald Salon and Day Spa in New Kensington.

The hair was donated to Locks of Love, a non-profit organization provides hairpieces to help children suffering from hair loss medication condition.

Gracey 12 year old, said “I’ve been wanting to for a year.”

April 10 year old, said they want to help other by donating the hair. People were surprised to see them arrived at school Monday with their new look.

Gracey was happy for her new look.
